Richmar works diligently to ensure that the products leaving our factory are free from defects in material and craftsmanship. Should there ever be an issue, your warranty assures you that your device will be taken care of at no charge within the Warranty Period. For warranty assistance, contact Technical Support.
Non-Warranty Service
Richmar service extends beyond the Warranty Period. Any medical device from Richmar is available to be inspected and repaired by our Technical Support Team, or any Richmar Authorized Repair Center, after the Warranty Period has ended.
